Trails Coffee / Anmore Trails Coffee Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates trailscoffee.com, the Trails Coffee mobile application, and related registration and inquiry forms. This policy describes how we handle your information.
Camp inquiries and registration: When a parent or guardian asks about Trails Outdoor Adventure Camp or begins registration, we may collect the parent/guardian name, email address, phone number, number of children, child age range or ages, selected camp week, activity interests, questions, consent confirmations, and payment status information needed to respond or complete registration.
Website and analytics data: We may collect basic website usage information such as pages visited, browser type, device type, approximate region, referral source, and interactions with our forms. We use this to understand site performance and improve our services.
Nostr Identity: The app generates a cryptographic keypair on your device. Your private key is stored only on your device in the iOS Keychain. We never have access to your private key.
Wallet Data: If you create a rewards wallet, a wallet ID and authentication token are stored on your device. Your wallet balance is managed by our server.
Orders: When you place an order, your name and order details are sent to Square (our payment processor) to create a payment link.
Chat Messages: Messages sent through the app are encrypted using the Nostr protocol (NIP-04) and transmitted via relay servers. Only you and the intended recipient can read them.
Square: Payment processing is handled by Square, Inc. When you pay for an order, you interact directly with Square's checkout. Square's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and page performance. Google may process usage, device, and browser information according to its own privacy policies.
Meta/Facebook advertising: If you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta may process information about your interaction with the ad according to Meta's policies. At this time, the Trails Outdoor Adventure Camp page does not use Meta Pixel. If we add Meta Pixel or similar ad measurement tools in the future, we will use them to measure ad performance and improve campaign relevance.
Trails Coffee API: Camp inquiry and checkout requests are submitted through our secure Trails Coffee API so our team can receive the inquiry or open the correct Square checkout.
Nostr Relays: Encrypted messages are transmitted through Nostr relay servers. Relays can see metadata (sender, recipient, timestamps) but cannot read encrypted message content.
CoinGecko: We fetch Bitcoin exchange rates from CoinGecko's public API. No personal data is sent.
Camp inquiries are stored only as needed for follow-up, registration, operations, safety, accounting, and legal purposes. Sensitive app data such as cryptographic keys and wallet credentials is stored locally on your device using the iOS Keychain. Menu data and preferences may be cached locally for offline access.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of camp inquiry information by emailing camps@trailscoffee.com. Some records may need to be kept where required for safety, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. You can delete app identity and local app data at any time from the app's Settings. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored app data.
Trails Outdoor Adventure Camp forms are intended for parents and legal guardians only. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Parents or guardians may contact us at camps@trailscoffee.com to request review, correction, or deletion of information submitted about a child.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
